Interpretive Development

I just finished Larry McMurtry's

Texasville.

 What do I think?  I dunno.  At first, I thought it was funny but it got tiresome.  Everyone has brats for kids.  Everyone is bankrupt.  Everyone is having sex with everyone else.  It's satire.  It's irony.  It's hyperbolic.  It's funny until it's sad.
