I do believe in the True Presence. So did everyone else, up until John Calvin. Even Martin Luther believed in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharistic Host.
Think about it. Can't God do anything? Doesn't Jesus say "...unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man, and drink His blood, you shall not have life in you..." (John 6:54-58) Then believe it!
