David's praises focused on the good things God was doing. We owe everything we have to Him.
MEDITATIO:
Lord, you are like a loving parent. If we are to follow you, we must be like you.
ORATIO:
Help me Lord, to be like You.
CONTEMPLATIO:
The Lord is kind and merciful.
RESOLUTIO:
I'll have to live in a cave to model God's behavior. My interactions with others leave a lot to be desired. Let me start with not impulsively speaking. I must think before I speak and I must pray before I think.
